Most of our products are in stock and shipped from us within 1-2 business days.

We produce our products with gold when we receive an order for them and then they are sent from us within 7 – 10 working days. We define these orders as “Special orders”.

If you need an item quickly that is not in stock, you can contact us and we may be able to arrange faster delivery.

Custom made unique jewelry or items are ordered via contact by e-mail; emelie@silverwijk.com. Depending on the complexity and numbers of orders waiting in the smithy, the delivery can take up to 3-9 weeks. You will get a date for when the product will be ready when you are in contact with Silver Wijk to make the order.

Swedish and international orders are shipped with the Swedish Post registered mail with a tracking service. For orders with delivery within Sweden we offer free shipping for orders over 1000 SEK. For orders under 1000 SEK the shipping fee is 75 SEK. The rest of the world, a fixed rate and service fee of €10 will be charged.

We reserve the right to adjust freight prices in connection with any price increases.

Shipping fee is not refunded if the package is not collected.

For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied by your country.

Due to the fluctuation of gold and silver in the market place, prices are subject to change.

The right of withdrawal and the right of return apply for 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act. The cancellation deadline is calculated from the day you received the product. This means that Day 1 is the day you are notified that the product is available for pickup at your postal representative. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging for the repurchase to apply. The product should be available to us within 14 days if you wish to change your product or cancel your purchase. Attach order number, name and address. You are responsible for your own shipping costs on return and exchange. The exchange right does not apply to custom made orders or so called “Special orders”. Custom orders and “Special orders” are non-returnable. Exhanges and returns are handled within 10 working days.

We guarantee that the product is in perfect condition when it is delivered from us. If you should receive a piece that has been damaged during freight please contact us immediately on emelie@silverwijk.com. Please add a photo showing the damage and we will help you.

Silver Wijk is not responsible for any errors that you have caused, for example if you have not followed the care instructions or if you neglected the product, e.g. got stuck in something so the chain went off.

Silver Wijk provides a 2-month warranty on the chains. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to self-inflicted damage. The chains can withstand daily wear and tear but you should be vigilant so that you do not get caught in something as the chain can break then or get damaged and break at another time.

Our terms and condition are in compliance with Swedish law, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any disputes fall under Swedish juridiction.

Silver Wijk AB shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved from liability for failure to perform obligations where the failure is a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, accidents, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond Silver Wijk´s control. When an event of Force Majeure Silver Wijk AB shall soonest possible notify the Customer.
